Located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, STS is a consulting and service company specifically dedicated to small turbine engines.

With an unmatched technical crew, STS specializes in guiding turbine engines through routine overhaul and repair. STS also performs Hot Section Service, in addition to maintanance, troubleshooting and repair of all PT-6 and JT15D turbine engines.

STS President and founder, Paul Jones, is acknowledged world-wide as an expert on Pratt & Whitney engines. He began his career in 1967 with Beechcraft as a Turbine Engine Specialist. In 1979, he joined Beckett Aviation, where he developed their Pratt & Whitney Turbine Shop. The shop was bought by AVIALL in 1981, and Paul was retained by the company to serve as the Director of PT-6 and JT15D engine overhauls. He left AVIALL as Director of PT-6 and JT15D Sales and Support to form STS in 1991.

Since 1992, STS has managed more than 1,200 PT6 and JT15D engines through repair and overhaul, resulting in millions of dollars in savings for our customers.
